The WayneTownship 4-H clubs will meet at 2:00 pm this Sunday, February 26^th, at the Grass Creek Fire Station.

Pennies for Patients continues until this Friday!  Keep bringing in your change!  Leading the high school classes is Mrs. Wolfe with $23.40.  Second is Mr. Buczkowski with $13.99.  Third is Mrs. Byrn with $8.17.  Leading the junior high is Ms. Runkle with $75.11.  Second is Mr. Davis with $55.50. Third is Mrs. Musselman with $37.41.  Remember Ms. Huff is selling candy in her room and crazy hair day is Friday for 50 cents!

Beginning this June at Caston High School’s graduation, the Caston School Corporation will recognize a group of several CastonHigh School graduates as the 2012 Caston Distinguished Alumni. A new group of Distinguished Alumni will be selected annually.  The Distinguished Alumni will be individuals, living or deceased, who graduated from Caston High School and went on to lead successful and productive lives.  Individuals selected will be asked to share their experiences with Caston students during the 2012-13 school year and possibly serve as mentors.  To be eligible for nomination, ten years must have elapsed since the nominee graduated.  Anyone who would like to make a nomination may obtain a nomination form from the Caston website, the Administration Office, the Elementary Office or the High School office.  Nominations are due March 1, 2012. 

Students, staff, and community members:  Go to Replayit.com and see all the pictures that the yearbook staff has been taking this year.  Plus, if you have some good pictures, you can upload them to the site and they might be used in the yearbook!

GUIDANCE:

IUK is sponsoring “Major” Visit Days.  These are dates to learn more about specific majors.  Please check with the guidance office for more information.

IPFW is having a Spring Campus Visit Day on Sunday, April 22nd.  Check with guidance for more info.

SPORTS RESULTS/PRACTICES/ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Back to Back Conference Championship shirts are on sale in Mrs. Kline’s room!  T-shirts are $12, Long Sleeve T’s are $15 and Sweatshirts are $23.  Pay Mrs. Kline and place your order in her room by Friday at noon.  Orders will be here on Monday so you can wear them to the sectional next Tuesday.
